Our repair statistics are drawn from the proprietary Archimede management system — over 900,000 interventions logged since 2019, covering faults, defects and error codes. We publish this data because we believe transparency is a mark of competence. If you work with the numbers, you can afford to show them.

Methodological note
The repair statistics are based on interventions recorded in the proprietary Archimede management system from July 2019 to March 2026. The system is used by network service centres and independent professionals. These figures do not represent the appliance repair market as a whole — they represent the activity logged within our system.
