Archimede is a European network of engineers and repair centres specialising in out-of-warranty household appliance repairs. Since 2001, we have been coordinating independent professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom with a shared infrastructure — management software, websites, operational standards and a steady flow of repair requests.

We do not accept everyone. Our reputation depends on the competence of our partners, which is why the selection process is thorough and ongoing.

How it works

Joining the network follows a straightforward four-step process:

  1. Application — the repair centre or engineer introduces themselves: skills, operating area, industry experience
  2. Verification and selection — Archimede evaluates experience, equipment and references. It is not an automated process — every application is reviewed individually
  3. Activation — management software setup, local website creation, operating area assignment
  4. Operations — receiving repair requests, carrying out jobs, quality monitoring and ongoing support from our team

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to join the network?

Nothing. Joining the network is free — there are no registration fees or subscriptions.

Is the territory exclusive?

No. Archimede neither requests nor grants territorial exclusivity. Partners are free to work with other networks or repair channels.

Do I have to use the Archimede management software?

It is not mandatory for managing your own business. For jobs coordinated by Archimede, you do need to complete the report in the network's management software to ensure traceability and service quality.

Can I keep my own direct customers?

Absolutely. Operational independence is a core principle of the network. Every partner keeps their own business, their own customers and their own organisation.

How long does the agreement last?

The agreement has no expiry date or minimum term. Either party can end the collaboration at any time, without notice.

What type of jobs will I receive?

All jobs coordinated by Archimede are out-of-warranty household appliance repairs. Requests are allocated by our staff based on the engineer's or repair centre's area and expertise — they are not assigned automatically.
