It might seem obvious, but have you checked whether the fridge feet are perfectly level? If not, the noise could simply be caused by the floor not being completely even.
If the appliance is correctly positioned, the problem could be a noisy compressor or a faulty cooling fan — as we have discussed before — being obstructed by excess ice.
According to Archimede Lab data, "noise" is the fifth most reported fridge fault at 4.5% of interventions (5,470 cases).
